We provide a managed service — our operatives work for us, are supervised by us, and deliver a defined scope of background support tasks. You receive the result, not the headcount. The opposite. We eliminate it. Every agreement includes a Scope Limitation clause that legally separates our support personnel from your core business activities. Our operatives never perform your core trades, access your systems, or supervise your staff. This structure is specifically designed to remove co-employment exposure.
We do. You retain full control over your own operation — your production, your logistics, your construction process. Our operatives are managed by LabourXpert supervisors and are trained to decline out-of-scope requests on the spot. If a task falls outside the agreed framework, our team escalates to our office for written sign-off before proceeding.
For standard scopes, we mobilise within 3–5 working days of a signed agreement. For urgent requirements, speak to us directly — we move fast. Mobilisation includes a site induction, a scope briefing with your site manager, and a named LabourXpert supervisor assigned to your account.
All LabourXpert operatives are directly employed by Labour Xpert Ltd. Fully registered with Cyprus Social Insurance under our AME number, declared under SI Code 9340. We handle all employer obligations. Your company carries zero employer liability for our operatives.
We maintain a roster of operatives who already hold valid Cyprus Ministry of Health Certificates — including blood tests, chest X-rays, and stool cultures. No 1–2 week waiting period. We deploy immediately with full food-safe PPE compliance.
